Purchase: I bought this sheet online from Horseloverz.com as it was described as a WATERPROOF turnout. I paid a very reasonable $70
Likes: It fits my 15.2 Arabian well and is made well. Seems to be strong and hardware is not cheaply made.
Dislikes: It is NOT in the least bit water resistant, let alone waterproof! Just had a discussion about this same sheet that someone else purchased. Same issue. No water resistance. I do not believe Horseloverz is at fault, I think Tough-1 has a problem with their waterproofing system.
Quality: I felt the 1200D was strong enough and well constructed.
Summary: Good stable sheet, but not waterproof for turnout on rainy days.
