Purchase: I bought 2 sets of these halters and lead ropes at a local tack shop. One set is Purple, and other set is Lime green. I paid around $20 for the halters, and around $12 for the leads. I bought the lime green set around two years ago, and the purple set last week.

Likes: I absolutely LOVE the graphite hardware! It is unlike any other halters available, and very unique. They math both my current eventing color (purple), and my previous color (lime). The colors are bright, and the lime green has stayed lime green (instead of faded to mint green like my previous lime green halter did) even after 2 years of use.

Dislikes: There is nothing I don't like about these halters and lead ropes.

Quality: The material is thick and sturdy, but not stiff at all. The hardware is very high quality, and I am not worried about it breaking. The cheek clip is sturdy (unlike some of the cheap clips out there). I had a horse pull back on it when he stepped on the lead, and it didn't break. If you wanted to turn it into a breakaway, you could just buy a little leather attachment and you're all set.

Summary: High quality, great colors, lasts forever. Definitely recommend them!
