Purchase: I received a gift certificate from my family for the National Horse Blankets company. They thought that my new Tennessee Walker could use some nice quality sheets. The gift certificate was for $200 and I paid $54.75 of my own money to buy a custom embroidered stable sheet and four shipping boots.
Likes: Honestly, I can't tell you what I like about the sheet or the shipping boots because the company will not fill my order that was placed in December 2011. And they won't give me my money back!
Dislikes: It isn't that I didn't like what I ordered...I don't even have the order yet! It has been almost six months since I ordered and the company will not communicate with me about the status of the order. I don't know what to do! I mean, $254.75 isn't a small amount of money to spend on TWO items.
Quality: I have read other people's reviews of the quality in the National Horse Blankets' products, but I cannot comment on this due to NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVING MY ORDER!
Summary: Bottom line, you are taking a HUGE chance by ordering from National Horse Blankets. You will spend money, but you may not get your order! They will not return inquiries about the status of my order through emails, phone calls, or through messages via their website. My opinion, order from someone else. And do read any available reviews about the company you wish to order from. Don't be me, all that money and I'm confident that I will never see the products I ordered OR the money I spent!
