Purchase: I purchased this item gently used on ebay a few years ago. I think I paid $200-$250 for it.
Likes: I really LOVE how the pad stays up in the cantle and off the withers all by itself. No pulling or tugging to keep it from smashing the withers. It sits well under my saddle and protects my horses back well.
Dislikes: I'm not crazy about the quality of the foam bottom, small chunks fall out but not enough to impede performance. They don't sell this bottom anymore so that's not a problem for the new ones!
Quality: The construction of the top is excellent. It still looks practically new, excellent quality wear leathers and stitching! TOP Quality item!
Summary: Great pad I would definitely buy again!
