Purchase: I ordered the Dixieland Lite Rider Saddle from Cynthia Wright, using the internet. The Lite Rider is a mid range priced saddle.
Likes: The saddle is very well made. It fit my Tennessee Walking Horse nicely. My horse has a lot of movement in his back when he walks,I tried numerous saddles and this was the first one that did not rub his hair on his back. I ride at least 10 or more miles per ride. I like the dropped girth, the saddle is very secure. I also purchased the wool pad and am very pleased with it. It doesn't slip at all, and I ride some rugged steep terrain.
Dislikes: It came with a nylon girth, which I changed out for a leather one. Easy fix!
Quality: Very good construction and quality.
Summary: I love riding in the saddle, and it's great to know my horse is comfortable too.
