Likes: I really like the idea behind the boot, and how quickly my horse seemed to accept them. It was a lot more reassuring to ride on pavement using the boots versus shoes. I had no trouble crossing creeks or thick mud. I have yet to have a boot fall off and since they came with the built in gator, I had no trouble with getting sand and dirt trapped inside the boot.

Summary: Maybe if I lived in a different climate these boots would have worked better for me. They are constructed well and the idea behind the boot is a good one. I will say that chances are I will not being using these boots again except for emergencies.
