Purchase: I bought a pair of wide Easyboot Glove Back Country size 2 for $145.95 from Valley Vet for my gaited horse. I took him to a trail system that had areas of deep enough sand to overflow into the boot tops. When I got back to the trailhead I was disappointed, when I took them off, to see where the sand had rubbed on his ankles bad enough that it later developed into open sores which then caused him to not want to walk. I should have given the boot a shorter "test drive" before going on this 15 mile ride. I don't like the Gaiter part. It doesn't go up as high or fit as tight as the ones on the plain Gloves or Epics, which I also have and like much better that these.
Likes: Boot material seemed strong enough. And they stayed on.
I like dealing with Valley Vet, as they took this product back and let me exchange it for something else. They would have also credited my credit card if wanted.
Dislikes: Gaiters too low and not tight enough around the top which caused injury to my horse's ankles. Bad design.
Quality: The materials seemed ok but the design of the gaiter is unsatisfactory.
Summary: I would not recommend this model with it's current design.
Easycare should improve this flaw.
