Purchase: I ordered these from Horseloverz.com for $225. I've wanted a pair of brown tall boots for ages! So, when I saw these (and having a pair of Aeros paddock boots that were comfy) I took the plunge.
Likes: I LOVE that they're brown (they also come in black)!! There is an elastic panel running the length of the back of the boot that is so cleverly made, it's not very noticeable and makes them fit oh so good! My trainer said they looked very "European". The other cool thing is that unlike other tall boots, these aren't SUPER tall for my short self! (I've had boots I could never 'break in' b/c they were so tall.)
Dislikes: I'm short, so it's going to take a while for the ankle to drop enough to be comfy enough for me.
Quality: They look like they're well put together and seem like they'll last a long time. They are made in India, so time will tell. The leather is super soft and grippy.
Summary: I got these boots to school in b/c they are brown (once again, they come in black) and are beautiful! So far, I love these boots! The foot bed is super comfy, the leather is super soft and grippy, and they have a nice Spanish top line. Over all, I'm happy with these boots. These boots aren't going to compare to Ariat Monacos and boots of that ilk, so don't buy these thinking that. But they are a nice boot for the money.
