Purchase: I was given two of these saddles when I bought my two horses.
Likes: nothing
Dislikes: One of them was falling apart. The seat was coming off and the sheepskin was shot. I had to reglue and refasten the seat to the tree and the previous owner replaced the sheepskin. Both saddles have problems with the skirts turning up at the corners and just basically being very poor quality. They don't fit the horses well and wore sore spots on them before I bought them. Do not waste your money on these Buffalo saddles. I have yet to see a Buffalo saddle that is worth having, even brand new. They are very poor quality.
Quality: Very poor construction and quality. The leather is substandard and the saddle with the fake silver had the staples coming through the sheepskin.
Summary: In other words, buy a good used saddle that is not this brand, or spend the money and get one that won't hurt your horse. These saddles are cheap junk.
