Purchase: I bought this product at State Line Tack. I bought a 2 lb. container for $54.95. I bought it because I have heard that garlic is good for a horses coat, immune system, and fly control. I thought I should try it.
Likes: I like the measuring scoop included because it makes it easy to put in the feed. I liked that it came in a big container and it was very full, not halfway like a lot of supplements come.
Dislikes: The smell was rancid, more so then ordinary garlic. I also did not like that after a month it still had done nothing for my horse. I dont think it was effective at all.
Quality: It came in a very sturdy, 2 lb. container, with a screw on top so it would not spill. It also came with an easy measuring scoop, which was also helpful.
Summary: My horse did enjoy the supplement, but other than taste it did nothing for him. I would not get this product again because it did not effect him, but it may just be my horse.
