Likes: The leather is sticky, wasn't broken in and I love the balance of this saddle. It fits me with my long femur and short from knee to ankle self and it also fits my horse well. I like it for stadium and xc adn no matter the height I stay centered and I can move forward or back and never feel rocked out of balance with the horse. This Vega model has two flaps (ie not mono) so even though I event I preferred it over the monoflap version as I felt more stable in this particular Vega model.
Dislikes: I wish it was ALL WOOL and not the independent panels, but what can you do. It just makes it harder to fit oddly shaped horses.
Quality: Top notch construction, love the green piping along the seat and all the stitching looks and feels solid. Foam and wool feel solid, panels are solid. Saddle was basically new when I got it though was sold as used.
Summary: Quality saddles, designed with a FORWARD balance so if you event you will love these saddles, they keep you over the center of your horse at all times. Love this thing!
