Likes: I had at the time an excellent fitter who fit me and my horse to perfection for this saddle. For once I was able to sit in a saddle that didn't perch on him and he moved over his back (he had a small roach in his back). I got the 18 inch seat, medium tree, shoulder gussets and XTR leather lovely, lovely, lovely saddle.
Dislikes: They do not stand behind their products when something goes wrong. It never fit the horse it was made for. when it came in, it did not fit from day one no matter how it was "flocked". I finally gave up and called, I was told basically I was stuck with the saddle. Luckily my other horse was a perfect fit.
Now over a year later that saddle no longer fits that horse at all due to another fitter not fitting it correctly. I was told tough luck. I have since sold the saddle and will no longer do business with them. They do not stand by their products and do not have good customer service.
Quality: Top notch construction, it's the people that are the problem
Summary: If you buy a county, my advice is by second hand and do not buy direct from county. Use a fitter YOU trust to flock and fit your saddle to you and your horse and you will end up much happier than me and not lose the money that I did!
