Purchase: I acquired this halter at my local tack store for $19.99 plus tax. This particular halter normally retails for $27.95 USDS. I needed a new "everyday" halter.

Likes: The Original Adjustable Chin and Throat Snap Halter, 1" Average Horse or Yearling Draft Size comes with top quality nylon, heat-sealed oblong buckle holes, box-stiching at stress points and true-to-fit sizing. This 1" halter features a convenient, adjustable design, a comfort rolled throat and brass plated hardware (Except looped-on throat snap is non-rust solid brass). This will definitely be your go-to-halter!

Dislikes: I only wish that Weaver would use either solid brass hardware, or even stainless steel hardware, instead of brass plated hardware. I'm sure that the hardware isn't going to break, but I have a funny feeling that it may rust over time with wear.

Quality: The overall construction and quality seem to very good.

Summary: These halters from Weaver Leather are very nice. They come in a wide variety of sizes and colors.
