Purchase: Purchased from Moss Rock Endurance. Have purchased multiples over the years, but the price is now $108.
I use these girths on a Tucker Plantation saddle with center fire rigging.
Likes: These girths are wonderful! You must specifically request the larger buckle to fit the Tucker saddle. The girths take a week or two, depending on orders.
Unlike neoprene or other plastic materials, these girths are really comfortable for your horse. As an endurance rider, I've put on many, many miles, and never had a girth rub.
After riding, just hose it down and after a few dozen rides, throw it in the gentle cycle of the washer.
Just warning you that if you ride often, you will need a few of these because they take at least a day to dry.
Dislikes: I own about a dozen of these girths and haven't found anything that I don't like about them. Some people may not like that they take at least a day to dry, but all natural fibers are like that.
Quality: I own this many girths because I need various sizes for various horses and belly sizes, not because of any construction issues. These girths hold up to the wear and tear of endurance ... need I say more?
Summary: You will not be sorry you went for a Montana Cincha girth. It may cost a bit more or take a little longer to receive, but it's very well worth it.
