Purchase: false advertising going on with this company i ordered the yellow collar and was sent a red plastic collar that is broken i recived the collar two months after they took my money they are not willing to cooperate in any way to resolve my problem the collar was shipped in an envelope very incorrect parceling i would say i would strongly advise people not to use this company

Likes: nothing as it wasnt the item we purchased

Dislikes: cheap nasty design not the collar we thought we would recive

Quality: badly made was very bent where hinge is to trigger shock

Summary: Totally been ripped off by this company by there false advertising reallt regret placing an order with them very ignorant people to deal with that is when they can be bothered to answer the phone or the emails sent to them
