Purchase: I ordered this saddle from ricks heritage saddlery for $995.00. (FYI, has one of the largest supplies of saddles in the country, new and used. Definitly look there if your in the market).
Likes: I loved the quality of the leather. It broke in within days, its soft,comfortable, and gorgeous to look at. And it will fit any horse(easy change gullet system). My horse is hard to fit(thoroughbred), but this saddle fits her like a glove! I get many compliments about the beauty of this saddle. One of the trainers at my pony club camp loved this saddle so much after looking at the fit and quality, that she wants to buy one. This saddle is also safe. The stirrup bars can not close, so you have less of a chance of being dragged if you fall off.
Dislikes: Really, i cant find a complaint. I absolutely love it, and with this kind of quality, it is extremely affordable.
Quality: It has rich, full grain dark havana leather that breakes in quickly. Ive only had it for a month and it is as soft as butter! The stitching is great and the knee rolls are extremely comfortable. The billets are thick and are sewed onto a nylon webbing. This adds to the safety and the longevity of the billets.
Summary: I reccomend this saddle to anyone looking for a quality close contact that is not only affordable, but can be made to fit any horse.
