Purchase: ~3 + years ago I tried them on in a trade village stall at a National Dressage Event (Australia). Immediately fell in love with the fit. Horrified at the price! Couldn't get them out of my mind... so several months later purchased online... looking for bargain price. Cost - unsure.. about $160 USD? was equivalent to about $230AU incl shipping.

Likes: I LOVE LOVE LOVE the feel and fit. Everything. They are fabulous for summer riding and fit like a second skin. No 'pull' at the seat. No need 'work' the crotch so it softens and stretches! Very well thought-out design -with the 'patches' concept. Not so sticky that I can't move my seat & legs, yet sticky enough that I know they assisted my 'stickability' when my horses have been overly 'athletic' on the odd occasion! (PHEW) So I have worn these breeches for AT LEAST 3 years, about 3x a week. I usually let them get pretty dirty before washing them in 'wool wash'. I have the 'sahara' colour which is quite pale. They wash (front load delicates cycle) beautifully. Recently I realised I should use a 'leather friendly' detergent, and they aren't as quite as clean.. however I'm sure the deerskin appreciates it! There is just the slightest minor surface scuffing to an area of about 2"x1"on the deerskin at top of right leg patch (hmm must be using that leg differently to the other!). All other stitching and material is perfect -despite that I usually dig my toes into the calf powermesh when pulling them on!

Dislikes: Well above my normal budget. I hate that I love them so much they have SPOILT me for any other breeches. Feel sad that deer have to be killed for use in the patches. Would love if a synthetic product could replace that... and I see now FITS ARE using synthetics in other models.

Quality: Refer to the FITSriding website. Includes perforated deerskin patches. Hidden 'ab' panel for core support. High lycra content =reduced large muscle group vibration = less fatigue. Anatomically engineered joint articulation. 'Powernet' at calf reduces heat/bulk and comfortable elastic = comfy in boots.

Summary: Continuing to withstanding the test of time/use/washing! Unbelievable comfort and helps make riding even more enjoyable ! :) If I could give these breeches a higher score I would!! Have just bought the same 'All Seasons Full Seat' on ebay. And, online, bought a new different FITS model for warmth in winter: WindPro Treads.
