Purchase: Purchased my saddle from their website and was apprehensive at first as they have mixed reviews, i contacted them and asked about the bad reviews from 2012, because all earlier and later reviews were awesome. They told me they had a new team of makers in 2012 that they had brought in to increase their production and that that team had let them down as they made several saddles and the company had advertised them as low grade and since then have had no problems, anyway the saddle I received has amazing quality for what I paid, the tooling is excellent, the hides are beautiful, and the best part if the comfort...have ridden for a week now and I can say its one of the most comfortable rides ever. In love with my JC Martin saddle....
Likes: gutsy style, price, tooling, quality and rides great.
Dislikes: not much i could find.
Quality: very well made and looks and feels strong
Summary: I would recommend them to my friends and family, yes will be back to buy more and their customer service is very friendly.
