Purchase: I purchased this girth on eBay from horseloverz.com to use as a lesson barn where I would be riding different horses in different widths. The purchase was so that I could avoid walking back to the tack room for 2" give or take on a girth to fit. I paid around $28.00 for the girth.

Likes: I was more than pleasantly surprised at the suppleness of the leather on the girth. The coloring is a nice, dark brown and the buckles are heavy and solid. The larger center section is well padded for comfort. The girth rolls and arches very easily. I couldn't have been more happy with the quality.

Dislikes: I have to add a step to my tacking procedure: adjusting the girth length BEFORE bucking the billets! It seems minor, but it did a little getting used to.

Quality: Better quality than expected considering what I paid for the girth. Super supple leather makes adjusting the length easy.

Summary: I definitely recommend this girth to anyone who is tired of traipsing back to the tack room at a lesson barn to get a girth that's a few inches longer or shorter! It's definitely a time-saver and I highly recommend.
