Likes: The looks of the pad

Dislikes: My saddle slides no matter how tight you tighten the saddle. I tried to get on with steps even slipped I am not a big person and my saddle doesn't slip with my cervi pad It has made my horse very sore after an hour of riding Pad will not stay even underneath the saddle. I called to return the pad was told I can send it back if it is t in new condition no use them they will send it back no refund. Very rude customer service no care for the animal well being

Quality: The quality seems fine as far as the way it was made

Summary: I will not put it on another horse I own
