Purchase: Bought this saddle used on eBay three years ago

Likes: Secure deep seat and excellent quality

Dislikes: Very heavy at 30lbs compared to my other saddles and not as close contact as I like

Quality: EXCELLENT quality !!!! Tough yet soft and supple - will hold up to generations of riding!

Summary: This is a quality saddle excellent for overnight camping trips as its deep secure seat is comfortable and the saddle has lots of places to hook and hang gear! Seems to fit well on a varaity of horses and is my 12 year old sons favorite saddle to ride in. I used this saddle myself mostly for colt starting because I love the extra security of the poleys and the tough construction of the saddle in general - but I do not use it as my everyday saddle as I prefer close contact and lighter weight saddles ( this one is 30 lbs) - overall it's a great saddle and I would recommend it!
