Purchase: I purchased two calf riding vests from Hilason through Amazon.com. Apparently, Hilason decided not to honor the price THEY chose to list them and then deleted my order AFTER deducting the purchase price from my bank account. When I contacted customer service they said that Amazon.com made the mistake. This is after they falsely reported to Amazon.com that the reason they cancelled my order was because my address was undeliverable. Ultimately, Hilason chose to cancel the order because they made a pricing error. Customer service would not honor anything. I will systematically let the horse community know about Hilason and their unethical practices. I want my money back or I want my products delivered. Where are you Hilason?
