Purchase: I recently attended the Mane Event in Red Deer and was walking past the booth belonging to Dark Horse Saddlery when I heard the ownder/operator berating a young woman. She called her a "little shit" among other worse things that I refuse to debase myself by quoting. Obviously I do not know the whole story, but the young lady remained calm and I could see no sign that she had begun the altercation and certainly no sign that she deserved such treatment.
I was disgusted to hear such language from someone whose main concern should have been being a brand ambassador. Hundreds of potential customers were nearby. Somone who cannot control herself and remain civil should not be representing a company. Her reprehensible behaviour made me, and no doubt everyone else in hearing range, choose to avoid her and her products. She has lost me as a customer forever.
Likes: The products looked like fairly nice english saddles.
Dislikes: The behaviour of the owner of Dark Horse Saddlery was abominably rude.
Quality: Unknown.
Summary: Anyone who can not behave professionaly in a public place has no business being the face of a company. I would not trust her.
