Purchase: I bought this saddle for about $700 from the Dover catalog. I had always heard good things about Dover quality and thought I would try one of their saddles.
Likes: Loved the balance and the price, plus it fit my horse.
Dislikes: After riding in the saddle for a week, the dye came out of the saddle flaps. I contacted Dover, they shipped me a new saddle, however, the same thing happened to that saddle. Also, the Dover Customer Service supervisor that "helped" me was very rude and unprofessional.
Quality: I only had the saddle for a week, during that timeframe the dye came out of the flaps.
Summary: I really loved the balance and support this saddle has, however, I was displeased with the quality as well as the customer service provided by Dover. I ended up returning two of the Circuit Close Contacts and purchasing a Pessoa Gen X (which I love!) from another tack store.
