Purchase: I acquired this bridle from my local tack shop for around $150 without reins. The reins ran about and additional $110, but were raised and fancy stitched as well, brining the total to aroung $260. I also purchased the matching martingale for around another $130.
Likes: I love that all of the stitching done on this bridle is white and is very, very detailed. Imprinted accents adorn the split in the headstall as well which gives it a very elegant, well finished look. The leather is excellent quality, breaks in easily, and takes oil beautifully.
Dislikes: Though I like it, the color is not a traditional havana it is more of a newmarket/oakbark cross, but can easily be darkened.
Quality: Excellent quality, especially for the price. I ride with people using some VERY expensive hunter bridles and this one stands among the best of them. Its quality and attention to detail are truely superb. The leather quality is awesome also.
Summary: This is a very high quality bridle with exceptional attention to detail that is well worth the money at only a little over $250!
