Purchase: I purchased my saddle from Dark Horse Saddlery. The quality of the saddle was fine however the fit was horrific! I paid Dark Horse Saddlery to come measure my saddle to get what she calls a 'custom' fit saddle. There is no way the saddle that arrived will ever fit my horse. She has a ridiculous no return policy....only saddle provider I have ever dealt with or know of that has that kind of policy. As a result, I would NEVER recommend purchasing a Zaldi as the service from Dark Horse Saddlery is the worst service I've had in my life.
Likes: The saddle was of good quality, nice saddle but was poorly fit by the fitter.

Summary: I would never purchase a Zaldi saddle ever again due to the poor service of Dark Horse Saddlery. The fitter does not reveal all of the information about the saddle until AFTER you have fully paid for it.
