Model: Treeless dressage (View all n/a reviews)
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle on eBay, new, as a dealer closeout, for $1400.00
Likes: I have ridden in 7 different brands of treeless saddles. The most expensive is one of the worst, as it sits on the horses' withers. The Freeform dressage saddle rides more like a treed saddle. It doesn't rebound you like a trampoline or sit you in a split. It clears the horse's withers and they move well in it. It's stylish and the leather work is beautiful.
Dislikes: Not cheap, but very well made.
Quality: Attention to detail is evident in reinforced billets, super soft leather and tight stitching. The design is brilliant, with a dense foam base (leather covered) that can't bottom out. And no reflocking ever, yay!
Summary: I may never ride in a treed saddle again. It fits all of my horses and doesn't give me saddle sores.
