Category: Dressage Saddles

Purchase: Ordered a custom MacRider saddle. Custom for my horse specifically I even asked a question what if it does not fit and Henriette the owner guaranteed the fit. When the saddle arrived it did not fit my horse, I was told by her she would adjust it, and I had to take the saddle or forfeit my deposit.

Likes: Very nice leather. Unfortunately it’s useless.

Dislikes: Henriette is a scam artist. She knows nothing about fitting saddles and preys on people she thinks have money. There have been at least 3 other people she has done this to - taken money in exchange for “custom” saddles which don’t fit the horse. She doesn’t follow through on her promises to fix or change things. She will argue with you that she knows better.

Quality: Great leather.

Summary: Stay far far away from MacRider
