Purchase: I had huge issues with my order process and fitting. I followed all directions from Cynthia and still received a grossly mis-sized saddle that did not even come close to fitting my TWH. I waited 3 months to get the saddle. I was originally sent the wrong fit forms for a narrow horse. It took 3 MONTHS to get the saddle. On calling her to check on progress I was told her mother-in law was ill, then it dove tailed into her being ill. I called her after two months and no saddle and she picked up the phone and told me she was in Critical Care and her heart had stopped the night prior and on and on... I'm sorry but I was out $1522 dollars and it was a business transaction so I have to ask who answers their cell phone in critical care after their heart supposedly stopped. In any event, I ended up with a useless saddle albeit pretty and I was out $1522. Talking with her she became hysterical and accused me of calling her constantly when it indeed was 4 times over a 3 month period. I would not recommend her or her company. Go to Tucker and do the fit system and have the backing of a large company with staff.

Dislikes: It took 3 months to get the saddle. It did not fit the horse at all. No way to get my money back. Stuck with a pretty saddle that doesn't fit my horse.

Summary: I would not go this route. I would purchase a gaited trail saddle from a large manufacturer that has warranties like Tucker or go to a consignment shop where you can try the saddle.
