Purchase: I purchased this item directly from Nag Ranch Horse. I paid $96.95 + tax.
Likes: 90% UV protection, full face coverage.

Quality: I ordered the fly mask with the full nose piece. I was very excited to find a product that had such high UV protection for my horse. However my horse only wore the fly mask for a week! The nose piece tore half way off the mask. I contacted the company in regards to this. Sue, the owner, defended her mask, materials, and workmanship and basically suggested maybe my horse was not used to the mask yet, and that she was so glad the mask gave way so he wasn’t injured. Sue, offered to repair the mask, but I had to pay for the repair, $20 plus the cost to ship it to her. When I expressed my disappointment in this, she again defended herself saying her offer was so generous since she would have to use her time and materials to repair the mask and ship it back to me. I paid over $100 for this mask, plus an additional $35 for a mask for my horse’s bridle. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Summary: Poor customer service, mask only lasted a week.
