Purchase: I purchased this saddle from Stateline Tack for $175 including Kincade Redi Ride stirrup leathers, Korsteel irons with tread, and a girth. I selected it b/c for the price, it couldn't hurt and several reviews lead me to believe it would fit my horse.

Likes: I like everything about it! It's synthetic, so no worries about rain, or a horse rolling, etc. The tree is actually a flex tree b/c it is a polymer. It doesn't say that anywhere, but I know the material as I use it at work. Being a polymer tree, it fits everyone. The synthetic seat means I don't slip around, the moveable knee blocks make position easy.

Dislikes: When I first put it on my mare it was bridging, so I thought I would have to send it back. Then I noticed the tree and decided to try sitting in it to see if it molded to my seat. It did, so I kept it. I ride all my horses in it and have not had any problems.

Quality: Overall I have had no problems. I think for the price, for a rider with proper form and not too heavy, it will work for just about everyone. I have used it for flatwork and trail riding, however, I have not tried to jump in it.

Summary: I think it's a fantastic saddle for a great price.
