Show Jumping Saddle
Jumping Saddles
Manufacturer: Henri de Rivel
Model: Show Jumping Saddle
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: I acquired this saddle at a local tack shop. I was looking for a saddle that supported my legs well, of good quality, and that had a decent price. I paid $749 less tax.
Likes: I love this saddle! It is very well made for the price. The leather is exceptionally nice. It is soft and breaks in easily. The leather wasn't too slippery, and the knee blocks work well. It provides enough support for low-level jumping, but still allows good equitation on the flat.
Dislikes: The only thing I don't like about this saddle is the fact that it is printed leather. It makes it a little more difficult to clean. I wish HDR made this saddle in smooth leather.
Quality: The quality of this saddle is exceptional for the price. The leather is soft, and the stitching nice and tight.
Summary: Overall, this is an excellent saddle for the horse owner on a budget. I really like it.
