Purchase: I found this saddle used on ebay, but did not have to pay shipping as the seller was located nearby. I paid 1000.00 for the saddle, which included Jaguar stirrups and a saddle cover.
Likes: It is sooo comfy! A very secure deep seat and air-filled padded flaps. It puts me in a very good position, although the deep seat does force me to put in more of an effort to get out of the saddle over small jumps.
I feel very comfortable and secure on my very young horse. The leather is nice and supple and is holding up well.
Dislikes: Not much...it's of excellent quality and fits my horse well. If I hadn't found it used, however, it would have been way out of my price range.
The color is a bit odd, though...with repeated leather conditioning, the flaps are a much darker color than the knee pads and seat, and this makes it difficult to match a bridle to it. Luckily, I found a used Jaguar bridle as well!
Quality: Excellent in every way.
Summary: I love this saddle. Really. I hope I never have to buy another one!
