Purchase: I bought this saddle off of tacktrader.com from a great seller. She sent me tons of photos and for the price I couldn't go wrong. This brand new saddle with solver and a great light oil color was $1200 with shipping. I was told originally it was around $2600 and was purchased at a trade show.
Likes: It is a balanced saddle that fits my hard to fit QH perfectly. He is very responsive now and a job to ride Western whether it is on the trail, running barrels or arena work.
Dislikes: I bought it a little big for me in 16" and wish it was 15". It is fully tooled and not fully broken in yet so it is still creaky when I ride. Other than that it is great.
Quality: The saddle is well constructed. It is beautiful but durable enough to use for work and play. Being in Alaska I was worried at first about riding outside with the saddle since it light in color but to my surprise it does not darken with regualr oils or rain drops. I finally have a saddle I can use for everything and look good doing it.
Summary: All my friends want to buy this saddle from me. I would love to be able to find a link to the manufacturer so I could order a smaller sized saddle and pass this on to one of them. The comfort and quality is up there with the expensive saddles.
