Purchase: I purchased this saddle at the local feed and supply store for about $300.00.
Likes: I like the saddle because it is light weight and synthetic. I live in Florida and the humidity tends to cause leather to mold quickly.
Dislikes: The leg straps are positioned too far back and I feel like I am always having to pull my legs forward. They tend to catch on the girth rings and I find myself stretching out my legs to loosen them and then move them forward. Also my horse has been having back problems and when the vet came out she said that she pointed out dry spots under the saddle and said that she had another client the was having the same problems with her horse using this same saddle.
Quality: I have owned it for about a year and it has help up pretty well. But I only ride about five hours a week.
Summary: I am not comfortable in this saddle, my horse is having back problems (I double pad now) and I am asking Santa for a new saddle for Christmas.
