Purchase: I searched the internet for an inexpensive foal blanket. This was the lowest priced blanket I found. In addition to that, it had the best construction. I have to say I was skeptical when I ordered it. I did order two, one for when the foal was born and one to grow into. I found the blanket at Country Supply for $29, and I believe that was on sale. Then a friend asked to borrow one. He refused to return the blanket and paid me for it instead! Yes I was upset, but I went back to order another one for him and TWO more for myself. Due to and internet special, I got the next three for $20 each!
Likes: This is a QUALITY blanket and at a great price. When I received the blanket I was shocked. A blanket of this quality could easily cost $100. It is a beautiful blanket and makes my foal look so pretty. She can run and buck and the blanket stays in place. I am not afraid of her getting caught while laying down and getting up, but I did watch is closely for the first few days. I am sure it is waterproof, but she won't ever see rain if I can help it.
Dislikes: I live in South Carolina. This blanket is perfect for the night, but it is a little too warm for the day. Is that a problem? I sure hope Shedrow doesn't change a thing to correct my problem. This is a GREAT blanket and there are no problems with it.

Summary: I would LOVE to buy all my horses blankets like this. I was actually searching when I came across this site. I love the blanket, so much I took time to tell everyone. I have other foal blankets, but NOTHING like this one.
