Purchase: I bought this helmet from a local tack shop for about $30.
Likes: It was a reasonable price. That's it.
Dislikes: This helmet is awful. It was my very first, and it held up for about a year with once-a-week riding. After I became more serious and started using it more often, it began to fall apart. The panels inside began to fall off and the chin strap kept coming loose. The first time I fell, I ended up with a concussion. I was wearing this helmet - it did nothing to protect my head.
Quality: The quality is OK if you wear the helmet not too often.
Summary: This helmet is extremely unsafe. I would invest money in a better quality helmet in order to insure that your head remains uncracked.
