Purchase: I purchased the Acme Women's Lace-up Ropers from Shoeline.com for about $60. I purchase this brand because I had seen someone else wearing them and liked the styling.
Likes: The overall quality and fit are quite good right out of box. Very good arch support in comparison to other ready-made boots. I like the double-sewn welt as it seems to add some years of use. I like the squared toe also.
Dislikes: I have no dislikes about this lace-up boot.
Quality: I got the black color. Top was all leather. The sole and heel were a man-made material. The toe is squared. Double-sewn welt. I like the quality and fit.
Summary: Most anyone should like the Acme Women's Lace-Up Roper because of it overall fit and quality for $60. Better than others I have worn which cost 3 times as much. I wear a men's size 9 1/2-10 narrow. I purchased the women's size 11 and the fit was right on.
