Purchase: I bought this jacket off eBay for $100, although it retails for $160.
Likes: I love the outer material, because hair and straw don't stick to it. This is a very comfortable jacket suitable for spring and fall riding, and you can fit a sweatshirt under it for winter riding. I love that this jacket has zippered pockets for gloves, etc. The back of the jacket is longer than the front, but it doesn't hit the saddle when you ride.
Dislikes: The top of the zipper tends to hit my neck a lot when I wear this jacket, but with time I assume the collar will fold down more easily. Also, the pockets are lined with mesh, so my car keys tend to get caught. Some people might also be bothered by the elastic cuffs that get stuck on watches and bracelets.
Quality: Well constructed. Don't expect to be warm in the snow; you'll definitely need a sweatshirt or two underneath.
Summary: Anyone who's obsessed with Ariat (like I am) will overlook the minor faults associated with this jacket.
