Purchase: Ordered from the State Line Tack catalog. Cost: $629
Likes: Good quality for the money. The saddle is well made.
Dislikes: ...the treated leather. It is very slick, is proving very slow to break in, and makes the saddle feel like a synthetic saddle.
...the Courbette eMotion tree... it *does not* flex enough to fit my wide Arab. So much for "one size fits all".
...the billets are very short. I had to get a longer girth to use the saddle.
The foam panels are hard, and being foam, cannot be adjusted by a saddler.
Quality: The saddle is well made, and seems to be of good quality. I saw no missed, crooked, or broken stitches
Summary: The saddle is probably a good selection for someone on a limited budget whose horse would need a medium tree. It would be very disappointing for someone who is expecting a saddle that feels like leather, however.
