Purchase: I got my coldflex blanket through a friend, there pretty hard to find right now but should be coming out in larger stores and magazines. There are 2 sizes a smaller saddle pad size 24 x 36 which runs about $40.00and a larger body blanket 50 x 72 which cost around $85.00.
Likes: There Blankets are fantastic. I love the large body blanket I can through it on after an exhausting work out or in between classes at a show. It automatically cools down my horses!! It cuts cooling down time in half. They work so well, you can only leave the blanket on for 30 min. These coldflex blankets are just the thing to give you just that extra push at shows, or a perfect reward for your horse after a great work out. The blankets can be reused over 25 times, and can be stored pretty much anywhere. The only maintenance required is washing off the blanket when your done using it, and putting it back in its bag.
Dislikes: I don’t have any problems with this blanket at all, it works great!
Quality: The coldflex blanket is composed of elastic blue foam that is injected with gelled water, pretty amazing! It’s super durable and last so long, the better care you take of the blanket the more uses you can get out of it.
