Purchase: I only buy and use Billy Cook saddles. I paid $875 for this one new about 4 years ago and of course I love it I have owned four so far. Note: I only recommend the original Billy Cook saddles made in Sulfur Oklahoma, the Greenville Texas generics are not of the same quality.
Likes: They always fit my horses super well. I have two wide, no wither quarter horses and the full bar model with a nice no slip pad fits them both great. It also fits my husbands taller, higher withered quarter horse great with a little more pad. They are very well made, great warranty, and affordable.
Dislikes: The only thing I would like to be changed is the quality of the silver.
Quality: These saddles are heavy duty made and will last just about forever if cared for properly. They have a very solid well fitting tree in three widths, semi quarter horse, regular and full quarter horse bars, strong full 3" stirrup leathers and real Blevins buckles. Deep rich tooling and offer real rough out, not the cheaper suede looking rough out.
Summary: These saddles are a super good investment for the modest prices.
