Purchase: I got this saddle off e-bay from Bokip tack. I have a mare that was impossible to fit. She is very lop sided and narrow throw her top line the very round in the barrel. I was having trouble with lameness and this saddle seems to have corrected the problem. I only paid 560.00. The leather is very soft and flexible. The silver is a little cheap but very easily changed out.
Likes: I love how very flexible it is. It's not like a typical flex tree. It is closer to a ortho-flex in the way the tree opens and closes so nice. I was a little worried about it slipping due to how easily it flexed but so far no trouble; and my horses range from very high withered to no withers.
Dislikes: The silver seems to be a little cheap. Also the fenders are a little stiff when you first ride in it. My only other complaint is the die on the light chestnut is a little cheap. The saddle is a tiny bit heavy. I'm only 100 lbs and the saddle is a little much to lift but I can manage it so not to bad.
Quality: This is a very well put together saddle. The quality of the leather is very good and all rigging is in the proper position. The fenders are very free swinging.
Summary: For the money you couldn't ask for a better saddle. It tops up there with the much more expensive saddles. If you have a horse that seems little nothing will fit. A semi-quarter horse is to small but a quarter is to big or like my horse different from side to side this is the saddle for you.
