Likes: The Wintec Pro Endurance with CAIR provides easy care and maintenance, is lightweight, and has plenty of D-rings. I like the suede seat texture and the comfortable seat conformation. Adjustability features like the knee rolls are a plus for the rider. I do like the cair panels, the Y-stap rigging, and adjustable gullet which make a satisfactory fit to my wide Arab and my wife's narrow Arab.
Dislikes: Stirrup bars are too far forward for an endurance saddle. Saddle tends to shift forward despite a trial of different pads - may be due to the slick surface of the cair panels. I resolved these problems by modifying the saddle myself. I moved the billets forward and then reattached the stirrup bars two inches back. Now the saddle stays put better, and a "good seat" is much, much more comfortable and easy to maintain.
Quality: When I made the above modifications, I found the construction to be fair, but quality to be poor because while my saddle had three rivets securing each stirrup bar, my wife's saddle on had two rivets for each stirrup bar even though the bars and the tree had holes for three. The D-rings tear out without much pressure.
Summary: I would not recommend this saddle due to the poor position of the stirrup bars and the saddle's slick undersurface. Correcting these two issues and more attention to quality control would go a long way to improve my opinion.
