Model: Western Treeless Trail Saddle (View all Western Treeless Trail Saddle reviews)
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: I borrowed one from a friend, fell in love with it so ordered my own. I got it from sportsaddle.com for about $1200 custom made with various features I liked.
Likes: Will fit any of my horses as there is no rigid tree, it is only 15 pounds and it is as close to bareback as you can get in a saddle.
Dislikes: The rigging is lower than regular western saddles so I went through a few cinches to get one short enough to work.
Summary: I love this saddle. I have been riding in it now for 6.5 months and I still like it as much as I did the first time I tried it!
