Purchase: I got on the website at Crestridge and like the idea of an inexpensive saddle that would fit my narrow withered Spotted Saddle Horse.
Likes: The saddle was well built. The folks on the website were real helpful in the beginning.
Dislikes: The leg fenders are back to keep your legs under you where they should be until you try to bring them forward to go down hills and ect.. the fender gets caught on the saddle rigging not allow to move forward at all. When company was contacted they don't want to talk to me anymore. Even though they offer a 5 year warranty and I just want my saddle fixed not a refund. Ended up taking it to a local saddle repair and paid to have it fixed.
Quality: Construction otherwise was good. Nice looking comfortable saddle
Summary: Would not buy from these people again. They love you before you buy then you buy and your non existent.
