Purchase: I got it at a horse show from a mobile tack shop. It cost about $30.
Likes: I have a little Quarter Horse that I do 3' jumpers with. He's a great horse but he can get heavy on your hands when you ask him to go forward. I love this bit and so does he. He chewed the bit much more than usual (maybe it was the plastic he liked). I could touch his mouth and then let him go and he stayed up. I took him to the outdoor ring for the first time this year and galloped him and he stayed just as light as a feather with this bit in his mouth.
Dislikes: While my horse seems to like the plastic a lot, his teeth marks make it look ugly.
Quality: Good quality, good construction.
Summary: Good bit for a good price.
