Purchase: I bought these from Country Supply for $29.95 for a 60-day supply.
Likes: I bought these for the convenience factor. My 3-year-old colt had white line disease, but most supplements require top-dressing on grain. Jet doesn't need grain--it makes him really silly. These cookies are very convenient to feed, and dosage is a cinch. I also noticed healthier hoof growth after several weeks of feeding them. The price is right too!
Dislikes: My horses don't like them! Jet wouldn't eat them unless I crumbled them over grain, and he's not even a picky eater, so the purpose of the cookies was defeated.
Quality: The resealable bag was convenient, but still, the cookies tended to dry out after about a month, and it's a two-month supply. The cookies smelled nice too, but my horses didn't agree for some reason.
Summary: These are an awesome idea if you can get your horses to eat them. I tried them on 5 different horses and couldn't get one to accept them. Two horses wouldn't even taste them! So if your horse is even slightly picky or suspicious, don't try.
