Manufacturer: DK Saddlery
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: Bought at the Las Vegas World cup in 2005 by a friend who sold it to me. She and I both paid too much for what has turned out to be an unserviceable saddle.
Likes: Has an adjustable tree, nice quality leather and very clean look to it. Originally the Flair was touted to be the latest thing which worked well on several different horses.
Dislikes: Service is non-existent. Phone calls and messages are not returned or returned days/weeks later if at all. Fitter is extremely arrogant (not to say rude) and patronizing in all dealings beyond the original sale apparently, and even there he put down every other manufacturer besides himself. Not a pleasant experience.
Quality: Nice quality - very serviceable, clean look to the saddle. (but like lots of others imho). Looks a lot like the Schleese saddle.
Summary: Wouldn't deal with the company although the saddles seem to be okay.
