Purchase: I bought the turnout blanket from Dover in the fall and paid around $130.
Likes: I love this blanket! It was on my horse all winter and not one single rub on his shoulders. It has the shoulder darts, and a special webbing stitched in the front of the blanket to actually reposition itself when the horse moves. Was also waterproof the entire time.
Dislikes: The only bad thing is the blanket didn't hold up as well, but I don't think I can blame it on the construction as my horse was stabled with other horses which liked to chew on it. The outer shell was very durable with no rips, but both front straps broke. Actually the snap broke in two on one, and the other was chewed. Also the binding around the neck came unstitched on one side.
Quality: I think it would of held up better if it wasn't for the other horses.
Summary: I really like this blanket as it seemed to offer free movement and warmth for my horse. Would definitely buy again.
